Must be an African-based Individual: The individual must be based in Africa OR have a significant presence within Africa.
Visionary Leadership: The CXO must demonstrate a clear and compelling vision for the organization, inspiring and guiding their teams to achieve strategic objectives.
Team Building and Empowerment: The CXO must have a proven track record of building, leading, and empowering high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Impact and Results: The leader's contributions should have resulted in significant positive outcomes for the organization, such as increased market share, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and overall business success.
