• Antibody lead generation: antibody display, selection and screening approaches
• Fc modifications/post-translational modifications for specific mechanisms of action
• “Developability” and “manufacturability” of antibodies: new technologies
• Antibody delivery (to CNS, BBB, inside cells, tissue-specific delivery)
• Bispecifics: tri-specifics, multispecifics, T-cell Engagers, NK engagers, non-cancer
• ADCs (Non-cancer programs, Site-specific conjugation, preclinical tox, clinical results)
• Immuno-oncology: Targets, NK Cells, CAR-T, TCR-T, ARMs, MDSCs, macrophages, novel checkpoints
• Beyond classical antibodies (nanobodies, mAb fragments, DARPins, Fusions(Traps, etc.)
• Antibodies for non-cancer indications
• Machine learning in antibody discovery and optimization
• Analysis of NGS antibody repertoire datasets
• Novel technologies to accelerate antibody discovery and development
