You can submit your demo zone application through the form below, ensuring the proposal meets the criteria:
Any chosen demo-zone must be interactive, immersive, and innovative. In other words, your proposal must answer:
- How will the proposed demo zone interact with attendees at the show?
- What immersive technology will you be bringing along?
- How much space will you need to make your proposal as unique as possible?
- What will the learning outcomes be?
Proposals that best answer these questions will be given space in the expo floor.*

- AR & VR World Summit is committed to ensuring that each organization can be a driver of change. Therefore, demo proposals will be awarded on basis of uniqueness and impact of the solution.
- The Call for Demo process welcomes all submissions. However, for a solution provider to be considered for inclusion in the demo zone, you must already be a sponsor or exhibitor at AR & VR World Summit upon the closing date of the demo application process. - Demo space is complimentary and is carpeted space only. Incidental costs including power, internet, shipping and furniture will be the responsibility of the demoing company.
