African-Based Organization: The nominee should be an organization or initiative with a substantial presence and operations within Africa. They should be actively involved in charitable work, providing support, services, or initiatives that directly benefit individuals, communities, or specific target groups across the continent.

Charitable Focus: The organization or initiative should primarily focus on providing charitable services or interventions aimed at improving lives. This can include but is not limited to sectors such as education, healthcare, poverty alleviation, social welfare, gender equality, environmental sustainability, community development, access to clean water, or any other area that directly contributes to the well-being of individuals and communities.

Impact and Reach: The nominee should have demonstrated a significant positive impact on the lives of beneficiaries. Their work should have tangible outcomes and measurable results, such as improved access to essential services, enhanced quality of life, increased opportunities, empowerment, or positive social change.
