Eligibility Criteria: 

Must be an African-Based professional: The nominee should be a female professional who is actively working and making a substantial impact within the technology, media, or telecommunications sectors in Africa. They should be based in Africa and actively contributing to the growth and development of these industries on the continent.

Must demonstrate leadership & innovation: The nominee should demonstrate outstanding leadership and innovation in their respective field. They should have a track record of driving transformative change, introducing novel ideas, and pioneering advancements that have positively impacted the technology, media, or telecommunications sectors in Africa.

Must have made significant contributions: The nominee should have made a significant contribution to their industry or sector. This can be through ground-breaking research, the development of innovative products or services, successful entrepreneurial ventures, policy advocacy, thought leadership, or other impactful initiatives that have shaped the African tech and telecom landscape.

Must be a role model: The nominee should serve as a role model and inspiration to other women in the field. They should embody qualities of leadership, resilience, and empowerment, and have demonstrated a commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and gender equality within the technology, media, or telecommunications sectors. In addition, the nominee should have gained recognition for their achievements and be recognized as an influential figure within their industry or sector. This can include awards, media coverage, speaking engagements, board positions, mentorship activities, or other forms of acknowledgment and influence that highlight their contributions and expertise.
