In early July, we spoke with Caroline Drummond, the CEO of ‘Linking Environment And Farming (LEAF)’.

LEAF was established in the UK in 1991 with Drummond being the first employee. Its aim was to create a forward-looking charity supported by industries to develop and promote more sustainable farming and address the concerns of the public.
