Richard Mahony is the Vice President of Service Provider Markets at Informa Tech where he leads its research, digital media and events businesses. He has 25+ years’ experience in strategy development, ICT sourcing advisory and market research management. He was most recently head of consulting at Omdia and prior to that ran enterprise and telecom focussed research teams. Today, Richard helps clients identify new market opportunities, develop growth strategies and amplify their market position through physical and digital audiences.
Sameer joined Omdia in March 2021. His expertise includes 5G and transport, carrier network E2E solution design, enterprise strategy, IoT smart city, AI-based network orchestrations and automation, and SDN. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry, including leadership positions at Huawei, ZTE, and Etisalat.
Latif Ladid is Founder and President of IPv6 Forum, Chair of ETSI IPE (IPv6 Enhanced Innovation) and a Research Fellow of University of Luxembourg. He has held leadership positions with IEEE ComSoc, the Internet Society, 3GPP, UN Strategy Council, and the EC Future Internet Forum. He is former VP of Develcon, Canada and Ericsson Telebit, Founding Co-chair of the IEEE 5G World Forum and leads its annual Worldwide 5G Industry Fora. He is also Co-chair of IEEE Blockchain initiative: BCWF’22.

Mr. Zhao is the Vice President of Data Communication Product Line, whose responsibility is for the marketing of the data communication product line.
Mr. Zhao graduated from Tianjin University and joined Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd. in 1999. Before working at his current position, he has been the director of PTN product department, the general manager of mobile bearer domain and the director of Network Marketing & Solution Sales Department in Western Europe, General Manager of Campus Network Domain. His 20 years’ diversified experience in telecommunication industry makes him a specialist in product developing, marketing and solution sales, and strategy planning.
Thomas Graf is a distinguished network engineer and network analytics architect at Swisscom, where he has been in the service providers industry since 1997. Thomas was the backseat driver of Swisscom with network, software and data engineering enthusiasts; Thomas started authoring next generation data-collection protocols in GROW, OPSAWG and NETCONF working groups at IETF.
Vinton Gray Cerf is recognized as one of "the fathers of the Internet". He has received honorary degrees and awards that include the National Medal of Technology, the Turing Award, the Presidential Medal of Freedom and the Marconi Prize.

Calvin Govender is the General Manager MTNSA Technology Fixed Line Services. He is responsible for the Fixed ICT Technology strategy for Enterprise and Wholesale business units. He has managed the transformation of the fixed and ICT environment in MTN, and continues to be instrumental in shaping the fixed-line programs allowing MTN to distinguish itself in the market from competitors.
As an experienced professional in the Telecommunications sector and a seasoned leader, Calvin also brings deep experience in leading and managing complex transformation programs to drive efficiency, improved network performance and building high-performance teams.
