Sue also co-chairs the UK government's National Data Strategy Forum and has been featured in the UK's Big Data 100 and the Global Top 100 Data Visionaries for 2020. Recognised as one of the most influential people in UK tech by Computer Weekly's UKtech50 Longlist.
Neil O’Connor, Chief Technology Officer, Experian Consumer Services
Neil is the Chief Technology Officer at Experian Consumer Services, where he leads technological innovation and strategy, and is instrumental in delivering direct-to-consumer products and services for a FTSE 50 company. Prior to joining Experian, Neil has held technology leadership roles at various companies including Meta and Codat and was founder CTO at FinTech pioneers Oakbrook Finance and Koodoo.
Andy Mellor, Chief Risk Officer, Leeds Building Society
Andy has worked in financial services for over 25 years, with experience in a variety of senior roles in building societies, banking and consultancy. Andy worked in specialised treasury roles prior to risk management, Internal Audit and advisory roles. Andy’s recent focus has been on developing the Risk function, as part of the risk strategy refresh and he joined the ExCo in March 2021, following his appointment as risk director and subsequently became CRO in October 2022.
Andrei Lebed, CEO and Co-Founder, Koodoo
Andrei Lebed is the CEO and Co-founder of Koodoo, a company reshaping the future of mortgages. Andrei Lebed founded Koodoo back in 2019 with the vision of reimagining how people apply for mortgages in the UK. Now, Koodoo also pioneer the use of Gen AI in the industry. Andrei was educated at the University of Cambridge and prior to founding Koodoo worked in start-ups and management consulting for financial services and public sector clients.
