THE REAL IMPACT OF CORONAVIRUS
The study focuses on the most crucial challenges and emerging trends currently affecting the region’s C&B climate. The conclusions drawn in this report are based on the collected answers, clarifications, suggestions, proposed strategies and further insights of our respondents.
The eighth annual Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Trends Report took insights from a wide range of industry professionals and HR roles.
The 445 participants have been drawn from companies located across GCC member states, the majority based in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. They represent diverse sectors, including; oil and gas, energy, healthcare, retail, construction, real estate, banking, manufacturing, education and government institutions.
In order to get an updated view of the impact of Coronavirus, an additional survey was issued on 17 March 2020. It was designed to take the temperature on an ever changing situation. The results are reflected alongside the original “pre-pandemic” results.
Our hope is that readers will explore the report, take light of the changing situation and gain valuable insights from hearing what others in the market are thinking and doing.
