The 2020 edition of Network Virtualization & SDN Conference will take place in Berlin, in April. The event will feature plenary sessions, topic streams, roundtables, industry panels plus networking opportunities. The technical programme will feature high-quality papers which will draw on the experiences of leading projects, to showcase new innovations in technology as well as address some of the hottest issues currently impacting the market.

The event regularly attracts delegates across the industry with the core audience representing key decision makers within the ecosystem.

If you could kindly provide the following, it will be considered for the agenda, which is currently in the research phase.

Abstract Information
Paper Title & Authors
Outline of paper – (recommended abstract between 150 and 300 words for review by the committee).
Any material that may support your paper submission, for example, whitepaper, statistics etc (optional).

• Technical originality

• Discussion of challenges faced, including what went wrong and how these problems where addressed.

• Papers accepted on technical merit, not commercial promotion of new products

• Papers which offer innovative solutions

• Please kindly note that by sending an abstract this does not guarantee you a speaking slot at the conference.

• Selected authors will be required to provide a full written paper/manuscript and a technical PowerPoint presentation. Any authors not able to meet the criteria will be withdrawn from the programme.

• Speakers will be allocated timings once the agenda has been confirmed.

• We endeavour to let all authors know of the success of their papers by W/C Monday 25th November.
